Purchased in May and had to have the grates replaced within the first month because the finish was wearing away. Got a replacement and the same thing is happening again. Guess this is constant problem. One of the burners does not light unless you turn on a second burner. The 5th burner is a nice feature.

I like that the top has a solid feel with heavy grates and when removed the surface underneath is easy to clean. When cleaning around the central oval burner I notice that it does not sit flat but wobbles a little bit from side to side. It doesn't seem to be an issue when turned on though. I like the large knobs on the front as it gives me less chance of flipping on a burner by accident. The oven seems fine and it makes little clicking noises now and then when going to different temperatures. I like that the light comes on automatically when the oven door is opened. I like that the door feels substantial and on the heavier side rather than easy to open...it's safer that way around little kids. It has an alert sound when using onboard timer when food is nearing and done. I like the storage drawer below to hold my lids. I have not yet used the feature for timed cooking in the oven or broiling as of yet.

Love the top grates since makes entire surface one level instead of older ranges with the individual grates. I've had this almost a month- we replaced our whole kitchen suite from our Kenmore Elite. I love these appliances. They're beautiful, the fingerprint stainless keeps them looking clean even when my kiddos touch them constantly. Big win for mom. Elements heat super quickly and it's easy to clean. Only complaints are the blue info screen LCD is beautiful but hard to read the time from across the room and the "ready" ding turns itself off- meaning if I don't hear it I can miss knowing the food is ready and over cook.

Easy to use. Very responsive. Oven gets to temperature quickly. Stove top grid offers more room to work unlike our last range. The wife is very happy with her Whirlpool appliances. Oven drawer is great for her frying pans.

I purchase this stove on April 17, 2019 and it was installed on May 5, 2019. On one of my burners, the surface is coming off. I thought it was something sticky at first, and I tried to wipe it off with a wet dishcloth. I did not use anything abrasive such as a cleaner or scrubbing product. See the attached photo. Why are the touchpads on the display labeled as to their use, but yet the start and cancel touchpads are not. I had to look in the manual just to find out how to start the oven. This does not make sense to me.

Burners are an issue

The stove functions fine but I have an issue with the placement of the burners. When you place a pan above the burner, centered as it should be, the pan is way over onto the other burners. While the appearance is nice, the burners should be moved further to the edge of the appliance. Annoying when you have more than one pan on the top of the stove. The flame becomes off angle and burns items in the pan. The oven operates fine though.

Love the stove top

I love all the space on the stove top that I have to rest baking sheets when they come out of the oven. Because the grids cover the whole stove top the area is level and the pans don't tip and nothing spills out. Also when moving s pot off a hot burner I have so much space.

this range is an excellent value. it cooks evenly without burning food. it has 5 versatile burners that allow either quick boiling or slow simmering. it also has a large storage drawer for cooking pans. i am very happy with this range!
