This is a great refrigerator. I have had all of the top of the line products and now that I am older I will not spend my money on those anymore. This refrigerator looks and preforms great! The ice maker is awesome in it! Big ice bin, the last very exponential I had was very small. You will not run out of ice with this one!!

We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. Overall it is a good refrigerator, is a bit noisy when running but it is upstairs so not an issue. I really wish there was a catch lip on the door ice/water dispenser had to put a paper towel to catch drips. Also wish it was a bit taller to hold taller glasses. Great purchase for the price $1,100.

This was actually my preferred choice when I was started looking and even after doing online research and reviews I still went with the preferred choice. I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I am mostly satisfied with it. The one thing that bothers me how loud it is . It seemed worse when we first got it when it had very little in fridge or freezer side. It seems a little less loud since there is some food on both sides now. But overall it is a great fridge.

We have had this refrigerator for less than a week and we were very happy for the first couple days. On Day 3, we came home to find water dripping from the ice chute and no water would dispense from the water dispenser. I found the cold water reservoir (a plastic hose inside the fridge, behind the bottom drawers) had frozen solid. I assumed that perhaps the fridge was running a bit colder than normal as it did it's initial cool down. I used a hair dryer to thaw the line, cleaned the residual water from the ice dispenser and chute, and things seemed fixed. I also ran enough water through the dispenser to flush the lines. Things were good for two more days, then it happened again and I had to repeat the process, which became concerning. The very next morning, we woke up to find that not only had it happened a third time, but it had dripped so much water that it had overflowed the drip pan under the dispenser, ran down the front of the fridge, and soaked the kitchen floor. I called Whirlpool support and they were kind and scheduled a service call for me but also informed me that if the issue is manufacturer defect, it will be free but if not, we are on the hook for at least a 110.00 service call for a brand new refrigerator. The temperature for both the fridge and freezer are set to the factory defaults and have been since day one. Everything else is good. Fridge looks nice and works well but repeatedly leaking and losing water dispenser service is a deal breaker.

We bought this model because we wanted a white refrigerator and this was the only model Lowe's had on the floor that also had an icemaker. We are a little unhappy about two things....When they installed the door handles, one side is higher than the other. We can find no way to fix it. Secondly, the grill area on the bottom is very unattractive. I object to the open space showing one each side. We did not notice this at the store because we thought they had the refrigerator sitting on a pallet....however, in our kitchen it is very noticeable. Thank you for listening to your buyers. We have always had Kenmore products which we heard were actually manufactured by Whirlpool, so we are surprised by the design errors in this refrigerator.

Love the refrigerator. Great features are the LED lighting in side which gives one great visibility as to the contents in the unit. Lots of room to store food. One suggestion is to somehow place rubber on the outside where one gets the water and ice so that the glass doesn't slide off of either one.

Largest shelf (tallest) should be the second from top rather than the top shelf so heavy and bulky items like gal milk can be retrieved easier for older people and those with less strength. Also no difference in freezer temp when reduced from 5 to 3

Zero degrees F at medium thermostat setting Icemaker is large and fast making ice 3 crisper drawers in the refrigerator with humidity control sliders Lots of space for food in the refrigerator door All glass shelves, no grill shelves Refrigerator has a light at the top and one on the bottom Water filter for ice and dispenser Thermostat control for freezer and refrigerator on the front panel Cons: Refrigerator shelves are not adjustable Acrylic drawers do not slide easily Refrigerator temperature does not get as cold as I want. 38F is as cold as it gets on coldest setting, but averages around 40F Ice cubes are small Water filter location makes it hard to replace, especially for seniors Conclusion: I purchased a food grade lubricant for the acrylic drawers and now they slide much better. I also purchased a thermometer for the frig and for the freezer and they are accurate. Cooling performance for the refrigerator side is very disappointing, especially since the freezer side works so well. I'm wondering if something is defective. Other than that though my family is very happy with the looks and function. 25 cu ft is a pretty decent size since we had a 19.9 cu ft before.

Very disappointed with delivery and installation. Guys who brought it refused to install the water line saying that is not included with install and not their job. Also door of fridge had many scratches. Pretty deep where the black underneath was coming thru.

Seventeen years apparently is the life of a refrigerator so we have chosen a replacement. So far it filling the need. It does seem a bit noisier but I'm sure once we are accustomed to a new sound in the house it will be fine.

I have been very happy. The only thing is my water isn't very cold? Ice maker is fine. Also the delivery guy was not helpful in putting shelves etc. he didn't know what he was doing. we had to have a different guy to help us.
